There is no obligation for you work with me if it does not feel like the right fit for you. I understand that one of the most important keys to therapeutic success is finding the right connection to your counsellor.

If you do decide to work with me

We will begin by contracting and we can go through areas of interest to you, such as what you would like to gain, what outcomes you would like to have, how many sessions you would like to have, etc then we would begin by speaking about the reasons you have accessed counselling and we can begin working through these needs, feelings and experiences and then the sessions will be tailored towards you and what you need.
